Copyright holders, businesses and people whose personal information appears on Ko-START can ask us to remove or correct it.

When to send a request

  • Copyright: your (or your company’s) text, photos or materials appear to be used without permission
  • Personal information: your name, phone number, email or other identifying details are shown
  • Correction: business, university or other information is factually wrong

How to request

Please email us the following:

  1. The page address (URL)
  2. The type of request (removal or correction) and the reason
  3. Contact details that let us confirm you are the rights holder or the person concerned

What happens next

After reviewing your request we unpublish or correct the content and reply to your email with the result. We may ask for additional information to confirm the request.

We use the information you send only to handle your request.
