How are dramas referred to in Korea?

Hello! I am writing fan fiction set in Korea. However, I keep getting distracted by small details related to dramas, so I wanted to ask. In Korea, do people refer to 'K-dramas' as 'K-dramas', or do they just call them 'dramas'? I understand that abroad, the term 'K-drama' is mainly used. But I am curious about what it is actually called in Korea. I especially want to know what expressions are used in popular areas like Gangnam, Hongdae, and Itaewon, where dramas are very popular.
