Can I find a Korean language practice friend online?

I can understand Korean when I hear it, but I struggle with writing and speaking. To improve my Korean skills, would it be better to have conversations with friends who speak Korean, or should I use an AI bot? I'm 19 years old, and it hasn't been easy to find friends through apps. Especially on apps like Tandem, many people who are 35 years old often ask for my Instagram account. What should I do in this situation? I'm also curious if there are communities active in places like Gangnam or Hongdae. Or are there any language exchange meetings for foreigners in Itaewon? I would appreciate advice from those who have experience.
