What is the Kaylee Academy in Cheonan like?

Hello, I am about to start working as a teacher for the first time. I have an interview this evening at Kaylee Academy in Cheonan. The recruiter has given a very positive evaluation of the academy and even sent a short video tour. However, since the recruiter is paid by the school, I feel like I can't always trust their words. In particular, I was intrigued by the fact that the teacher I will be replacing has worked there for four years, which seems like a pretty decent amount of time at an academy. If anyone has actual experience working at this academy or knows someone who does, I would love to hear your honest opinions about Kaylee Academy.
