I'm considering which Korean university to choose for my major in International Studies. I would appreciate your advice!

Hello, I am considering majoring in International Studies/Political Science in Korea, and I have a lot of concerns about choosing a university. I have applied to Hankuk University of Foreign Studies, Sogang University, Yonsei University UIC, and Korea University. At Hankuk University of Foreign Studies, I can receive a 50% scholarship in the first semester, saving about $1,500, but the scholarship for subsequent semesters is limited to a maximum of $660. It's great that classes are conducted in English, but I am worried about the long-term scholarship benefits. Sogang University has the possibility of receiving a full scholarship in the first semester, and I heard that there is a chance for up to 100% tuition reduction based on grades. However, the general tuition is high, ranging from $4,000 to $5,000, and some classes may be conducted in Korean, which concerns me since I have only been learning Korean for two months and I am unsure if I can manage that. Yonsei University UIC seems like a good choice academically and internationally, but the tuition is expensive at $5,000 to $6,000, and I think the competition for scholarships will be fierce. Bearing the full tuition for eight semesters would be a significant burden. Korea University has a tuition of about $5,000 and offers grade-based scholarships, but I worry that it might be difficult to maintain high grades in reality. In the long term, I want to pursue a master's degree in Europe or the United States, and I am contemplating how important the university name is for graduate school admission, or if it would be wiser to choose a university where I can save costs while maintaining my GPA. I am also curious if it is possible to study only in English at Sogang University. What choice would you make in my situation?
