Which university should I choose in Korea for a major in International Studies?

Hello! I am planning to attend university in South Korea, majoring in International Studies/Political Science, and I have a lot of concerns about choosing a school. The schools I am currently considering are HUFS, Sogang University, Yonsei UIC, and Korea University. I received a 50% scholarship offer from HUFS for the first semester, and I like that all classes are conducted in English. However, I heard that there are fewer scholarship opportunities in the following semesters, with a maximum support of about $660. In contrast, Sogang University may offer a full scholarship for the first semester, and depending on my grades, I could receive up to a 100% tuition reduction in subsequent semesters. However, I am worried that some classes may be conducted in Korean, as I have only been learning Korean for two months. Yonsei UIC seems to be the most academically and internationally attractive option, but the tuition is quite high at $5k–6k, and I expect the competition for scholarships to be fierce. Korea University has a similar tuition and scholarship system, which makes my decision difficult. In the long term, I aim to pursue graduate studies in an English-speaking country, but I am curious about how important the school's reputation is, or whether it would be wiser to make a more financially reasonable choice to maintain my GPA. Is it possible to study only in English at Sogang University? I would appreciate any advice on what choice you would make.
