One of the most common questions you might encounter while preparing for a Korean academy interview is, "How would you handle difficult students or situations that disrupt the class?" For those who have already passed the academy interview, how did you respond to this question? I'm in the process of preparing for the interview, and while I have a general idea of how to answer, I'm not sure if it aligns well with Korean school culture. In Korea, the authority of teachers is somewhat recognized, but at the same time, it's also important to respect the emotions and situations of individual students. I've heard that in areas with a strong educational atmosphere like Gangnam or Hongdae, communication skills with students are extremely important. If you have any experiences or advice related to this, I would appreciate it if you could share. I'm particularly looking for tips that would help me prepare a response suitable for the Korean academy culture.
