How can I solve the electrical issues in my officetel?

Hello. I am a foreigner living in an officetel in Gangnam, South Korea. Previously, I worked as an electrical technician in Paris, but now I am working as a teacher in Korea. Recently, I have been facing an issue where my electricity bill is unusually high compared to other teachers. Even though I try to use less electricity, the bills always come out high. The bigger problem is that the current from the outlets is too high, causing appliances like my TV, gaming computer, and PlayStation to frequently break down and have a shorter lifespan. This leads to the need for frequent plug replacements, which I have to cover out of my own pocket. I also often encounter issues with the washing machine, oven, and microwave regarding plugs or mainboard problems. When I talk to the management, they call an external repair service and charge me for the costs. Despite repeatedly mentioning that the current is too high, the situation does not change. Has anyone had a similar experience or know of a way to resolve this issue?
