Can I work as a part-time English instructor in South Korea?

Hello, I am currently planning to switch to a working holiday visa, but I've heard several scary stories about working as a full-time English teacher in Korea. My life goal right now is to live a low-stress and free life, but I need an income since I have to pay rent for a studio apartment. Are there part-time positions available for English teachers in Korea? Or are such positions quite rare? I have experience in English education, as well as a master's degree in communication/marketing and a TEFL certification. I do not wish to switch to a full-time teaching position on an E-2 visa. Is there anyone who can share relevant information or experiences?
