How should we deal with the difficult work life at the academy?

Hello, I am a foreigner teaching English in Korea for the past two months. At first, I really enjoyed the job, but these days it's too difficult. It seems that the Korean teacher at the academy doesn't like foreign teachers very much. I heard that another foreign teacher who was here before me also quit because of this teacher. I made a few spelling mistakes while writing over 50 monthly reports. However, instead of telling me directly, that teacher went straight to the director. This really bothers me. Despite being almost twice my age, this teacher acts like a high school student. I am wondering how to resolve this situation. Should I just continue quietly working? Or should I move to a different academy? That teacher is leaving in July, but the director has offered a 3-day contract per week. I could end my contract in April and go back home, but I don't want to work with someone like that. What should I do?
