I want to learn Korean, but will my pronunciation be okay?

Hello, I am a student who is only 14 years old and wants to learn Korean. I am curious about how natural my Korean pronunciation can be. I heard that pronunciation becomes fixed after the age of 10, so is it okay to start now? I am a little worried because I have dyslexia. My father is Korean, but he left when I was young and I haven't met him since. If we ever meet, I want to have a conversation in Korean. So, I would like recommendations for videos or materials that would be helpful for learning Korean. I am curious about how long it will take to learn Korean, and if it is possible within about 5 years. Are there good ways to study in places like Gangnam or Hongdae? I would appreciate your advice.
