How did you solve the situation of finding it difficult to find a partner to practice Korean with?

Hello, I have been learning Korean since 2020, but recently I have been struggling. I want to improve my Korean skills, but it's difficult to go beyond basic sentences because I don't have anyone around me to practice with. Is there a way to solve this problem even in areas like Gangnam or Hongdae where there are many foreigners? I don't have much financial flexibility, so it's hard for me to pay 30 pounds per hour for private tutoring. Therefore, my plan to prepare for the TOPIK exam has become a bit daunting. Are there language exchange meetings or affordable academies in foreigner-dense areas like Itaewon? I would appreciate it if you could share good ways or experiences for practicing Korean.
