I need advice on entering the Korean fashion industry!

Hello, I am a 20-year-old student born and raised in France. I am currently majoring in marketing, communication, and sales, with a particular interest in the business aspect of the fashion industry. I want to build a career in Korea's fashion industry, so I have started a 2-month internship at a small fashion brand in Busan. Through this experience, I hope to directly experience Korea's work culture and see if this direction is right for me. After completing my undergraduate studies, I plan to obtain a master's degree in Korea or France. The 'Fashion Business' program at Hongik University seems interesting, but I am hesitant due to lack of information. Which is more valuable in the Korean fashion industry, a Korean or French master's degree? Or is practical work experience more important? I also worry that a degree obtained in Korea may not be recognized in other countries. Is there anyone who can provide relevant experiences or advice? Your help is needed. Thank you!
