Why is talking about the structure of the Korean language so sensitive?

I'm curious why talking about the structural origins of the Korean language is taboo in the Korean community. I only mentioned the recent 2021 Nature study 'Triangulation supports agricultural spread of the Transeurasian languages', is this a sensitive topic?
Korean belongs to the North Central Asian language family, so it has a word order similar to Mongolian and Turkish. It can be difficult to learn at first because it is quite different from English, but learning Hangul is relatively easy. Typically, you can become familiar with the characters in a day to a week.
