I'm curious about the pronunciation differences in Korean vowels! (ㅜ, ㅗ, ㅓ, ㅔ, ㅐ)

Hello! I've been learning Korean lately and there are some parts that confuse me a bit, so I'm seeking help. I'm especially unsure about the pronunciation differences between vowels like ㅜ, ㅗ, ㅓ and ㅔ, ㅐ. I'm curious if it's just me, and I'd like advice on how to distinguish them better. I've heard that Korean vowels can sound similar to foreigners, and I find it even more confusing when I hear the pronunciation around Gangnam or Hongdae. People around me can easily distinguish them, but I still struggle. Is there a way for foreigners in Korea to learn and understand these pronunciations more easily?
