Can we trust academy reviews from foreigners in Gangnam?

Hello! It's been 3 months since I came to Korea, I am currently working at an academy in Gangnam. I was worried because this academy had a lot of bad reviews, but once I started working, I was pleasantly surprised to find that the staff are friendly and the kids are well-behaved. The parents are also as expected. But I'm curious if those negative reviews about this academy are really valid, or if they just didn't meet expectations. I'm still new here and not sure... Some young teachers I've met here say it's tough. They expected the academy to be easier and more fun. I'm starting to realize that working from 9 to 5 is like this. Does anyone have a similar experience? I want to know if other academies are like this, or if this one is unique. I'm considering moving to another academy, so I would really appreciate it if you could share your experiences!
