Are there ways to prevent burnout while teaching in South Korea?

Hello! It's been 9 months since I came to Korea, and now I'm working as an elementary school teacher in Gangnam, Seoul. Lately, I've been feeling really tired and it seems like I'm experiencing burnout. I feel exhausted every day and easily irritated, even by small things, worrying that I might get angry with my students. Are there any good stress relief methods in Gangnam? In Korea, teachers can't freely take vacations, so taking a break isn't easy. Could you please share effective ways to overcome burnout or your experiences? I would also appreciate recommendations for good massage shops or places to heal in Gangnam. Thank you so much for your help.
