How to pronounce Korean consonants when learning Hangul in Korea?

Hello! It's been 3 months since I came to Korea, and I'm learning Korean in Itaewon. I'm struggling a lot with consonant pronunciation. I thought I had somewhat mastered it after watching consonant pronunciation lessons on YouTube, but it turns out that the pronunciation is different on Google Translate and Duolingo. I watched other YouTube videos as well, and they pronounce it differently too, so I'm not sure which one is correct. Vowels are fine, but consonants are really difficult. Do you have any tips or recommended resources for mastering consonant pronunciation? I've tried various methods, but it's still challenging for me... I'm also looking into academies in Gangnam, so if you know of any good ones, please recommend them! I would really appreciate any help you can provide!
