Is it possible for foreigners to improve their Korean language skills in Itaewon?

Hello! It's been about 8 months since I came to Korea, and I'm currently living in Itaewon. My Korean is at about an A2 level, so simple conversations are not a problem, but I struggle when trying to create more complex sentences. It's really frustrating. I've tried using various apps and self-study methods here and there. While my vocabulary and basic grammar have improved to some extent, I still find it difficult to speak in real conversations. Has anyone had a similar experience? How can I move past this stage? I've also tried to meet Korean friends and attended language exchange meetups in Gangnam occasionally. However, I still find speaking challenging. I'm not sure what the problem is. If anyone could share some good methods or experiences, I would really appreciate it! Especially if you could recommend any helpful meetups or classes in Itaewon or Gangnam. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
