Is there a chance for foreigners to work at the Seoul Metropolitan Office of Education?

Hello! I am a foreigner who has been in Korea for a year now. I am currently interested in working as a teacher in Seoul, and I am wondering if the Seoul Metropolitan Office of Education also hires foreigners. I heard that they hire year-round if there are positions available, is that true? Does anyone have any experience with this? I have asked my friends and looked on the education office's website, but the information is lacking and I am quite confused. Working in Korea as a foreigner is not easy ㅠㅠ If anyone can share information or experiences related to this, I would greatly appreciate it! Please advise on what documents are needed, what the procedures are, etc.
