Where should I start again when studying Korean?

Hello! I started learning Korean since 8th grade and now I'm in 12th grade. I live in Gangnam and experience Korean life. I haven't been studying consistently, so I'm only at an A2 level. I can read and write, but listening and speaking are challenging for me. I have bought Korean books and especially have a few Talk To Me In Korean books. How can I study more effectively? Does anyone have a similar experience? I have looked for Korean study groups in Hongdae, but it's not easy for foreigners to participate. I have also taken online classes, but it's hard to stay motivated alone. I would really appreciate any good methods or advice you can give me!
