Is it possible for foreigners in Korea to use reading tools for beginners?

Hello! It's been about a year since I came to Korea, I am currently studying Korean in Itaewon. However, learning a language is not easy at all. So these days, I am looking for various learning tools, and I found an online reading tool that foreigners can easily use. Have you heard of 'Foreignpage' website? I tried using this tool, and it was great because I could instantly check the meanings of words while reading articles and also do repetitive learning. It seems more convenient than Anki, which I used before. Does anyone have a similar experience? If you have any good tools or apps to recommend, I would really appreciate it! 😢 I have tried using the Zigbang app and also attend a Korean language academy... but I still feel lacking. Please share your experiences!
