Is it possible for foreigners in Seoul to take online courses for free?

Hello! It's been a year since I moved to Korea, and I'm currently looking for new online classes in Seoul. I've been taking online classes in Seoul, and a friend in Itaewon mentioned that KSI is offering additional free online courses. I'm interested in checking it out, but I'm wondering if it's easy for foreigners to register. Has anyone taken these courses before? I'd like to know if foreigners can participate and if the registration process is complicated.
