Is there an easy way for foreigners in Korea to distinguish between the sounds of ㅈ and ㅊ?

Hello! I am a foreigner living in Korea. I often get confused between the pronunciation of ㅈ and ㅊ while learning Korean, which worries me. I mainly live in Hongdae and try to practice a lot by conversing with locals to study Korean. However, I keep making mistakes in pronunciation, so I'm a bit concerned. For example, when I need to say 'cleaning' as '청소', I often mistakenly say '정소' a lot. Also, I often get confused between '저녁' and '처녁' when I need to say 'evening', which is quite embarrassing. Even a slight difference in pronunciation can lead to the other person not understanding. Is there any tip or practice method to overcome these pronunciation issues? Or is it just a matter of practicing a lot to become familiar with it? Also, I sometimes get confused between the pronunciation of ㅗ and ㅜ, so I'm curious about how to distinguish them better. I have been making efforts using various apps and materials, but sometimes I get confused with pronunciation and feel puzzled. If anyone has experience or good tips, please share them! I would be really grateful for any advice.
