Is it possible for foreigners to easily find a one-room apartment in Gangnam?

Hello! I am a foreigner who has been in Korea for 6 months. I am currently trying to find a studio apartment in Gangnam, but it's been really tough because many real estate agents reject me just because I'm a foreigner. One of my biggest concerns when looking for a studio apartment is the mold issue, especially in older villas or officetels. I'm curious about what I should check before signing a contract and how to deal with the mold problem. Does anyone have a similar experience? Can foreigners also get a lease loan? I've tried using the Zigbang app and visited about 5 real estate agencies, but they all seem to find it difficult once they see my alien registration card... If anyone can recommend a good real estate agency or app, or if you have experience dealing with mold problems, I would really appreciate your advice! Thank you so much for your help.
