Living as a foreigner in Gangnam: Considering part-time vs full-time options.

Hello, everyone! I am currently trying to decide between two different contracts as a foreigner in Gangnam. The first option is a part-time job working 4 hours a day, 5 days a week, with a salary of 1.5 million won. Since this is my first time teaching in Korea, it seems like a good option to avoid overworking and to adapt. The second option is a full-time job working 30 hours a week, with a salary of 2.6 million won. Both contracts offer housing. I would love to hear your opinions on which option I should choose. Which choice would be better as my first job? Please give me your advice!
