Will there be no problem if I resign while in the process of changing to an F6 visa?

Hello, I am currently preparing to switch from an E2 visa to an F6 visa. I have a visa-related appointment scheduled for the 25th. However, I am considering quitting my current job because the working environment is too toxic. Over the past two months, my salary has been delayed several times, and when I visited the labor office, I was told that two months' worth of wages would be paid on Monday. However, I find it hard to believe due to the many lies the CEO has told. I am curious, if I do not receive my salary on Monday, will quitting the company immediately cause any issues with my F6 visa application? I understand that financial and employment status are important factors for visa approval. I also know that breaking an E2 contract could result in a two-week eviction notice. I would appreciate advice from those who have had similar experiences, or any opinions on what would be the best choice in this situation.
