Do Korean university life science classes use a lot of English terms?

Hello! I am a foreign student who has been in Korea for a year now. I am currently preparing to enter graduate school near Hongdae, and I am considering a program related to life sciences. Since my Korean is not yet perfect, I am worried about what language is mainly used in classes. Do Korean universities use a lot of English terms in life science classes, or do they mostly use translated Korean terms? I am concerned that my major might be conducted in Korean...ㅠㅠ Does anyone have a similar experience? I am familiar with English terms, so any advice would be appreciated!
