What are some common foods eaten in Korea on a daily basis?

Hello! It's been about a year since I started living in Korea, and I want to learn more about everyday Korean food, so I'm posting this. I currently live near Hongdae. I was amazed by how diverse and delicious Korean food is! But I'm curious about what other foods people eat daily. My questions are as follows. Firstly, what are the most common everyday foods in Korea? Not special occasion foods, but what people eat on regular days. Secondly, what are some foods that Koreans are most proud of or really enjoy? Lastly, are there any foods that foreigners commonly associate with Korean cuisine, but Koreans don't actually eat often?
