Recently, I have encountered a significant problem in a relationship with an international student who works at a research institute in Korea. The issue is that this student has lied to me about many things in our relationship. Initially, I believed they were forced into marriage, but later I found out that it was a voluntary marriage. This has caused me great confusion and financial loss. Additionally, I am worried that this student's behavior might also affect others at the research institute. I want to report this situation to the institute, but I am cautious due to Korea's defamation laws. I have a question here. Can I report this situation to the institute or the police?
