Hello! I'm a foreigner who has been living in Korea for 6 months. These days, I am looking for a studio apartment in Gangnam, but it's really tough because many real estate agents reject me right away just because I'm a foreigner. I feel like in Korea, concepts like key money, monthly rent, and security deposit are important when looking for a place to live. However, the security deposit is too expensive and I'm worried. Is there a way for foreigners to get a key money loan? Or are there any other good options? I've tried using the Zigbang app and visited about 5 real estate agencies, but they all say it's difficult when I show them my foreigner registration card. Does anyone have a similar experience? Can you recommend a good real estate agency or app? I would really appreciate it if you could share your experiences!
