Can I naturally learn Korean particles?

As an intermediate-level Korean learner, I am pondering how difficult it is to use particles as naturally as a Korean person. In fact, many people say that "Koreans also omit particles in everyday conversation," but when I actually converse with Koreans, I still feel that they use particles quite often. Even if I use them grammatically correctly, it seems that this does not always guarantee naturalness, which makes it even more confusing. How can I learn to use particles more naturally in Korean?
