I'm looking for a dog shelter in Seoul, please recommend one!

Hello! I am a foreigner who has been living in Korea for a long time. Recently, while walking in Gangnam, I found a stray dog. This dog had no leash and was not in good condition. So, I brought it home, gave it a bath, and helped it gain a little weight, but I am not in a position to keep it, so I am looking for a shelter. I visited a veterinary clinic, but we couldn't find the owner because it doesn't have a microchip. If anyone knows a reliable shelter for stray dogs in Gangnam or near Seoul, please recommend it. I live with two cats and will be moving soon, so I can't take care of the dog anymore. Also, due to a dog allergy, I am currently experiencing hives and it's been quite difficult for me.
