How can I continue studying Korean?

I started studying Korean in 2015, but I couldn't continue steadily due to lack of motivation. I can read Hangul and understand a lot of Korean, but I find it difficult to create sentences and understand entire sentences. How can I continue studying? It's frustrating to feel stuck. I can read Korean and understand to some extent, but I have limitations in speaking and sentence structure. I want to find opportunities to practice Korean in areas with many foreigners like Gangnam or Hongdae in Seoul. I would like advice from those who have had similar experiences.
