Sharing Korean learning experiences and requesting advice.

Hello! I am a kindergarten teacher whose native language is English. Recently, I have been learning Korean to better communicate with a student and his family who have moved to Seoul. The student is quickly learning English, but still struggles to understand the meanings of words. His father speaks very little English, which motivated me to learn Korean. So far, I can read and write Hangul to some extent, but I find it difficult to complete sentences. I hope to be able to have natural conversations with the parents before the end of the school year. Currently, I am teaching Korean alongside English to the student. What resources do you use when learning Korean? If you have any effective learning methods or recommended materials, please share them!
