How can we overcome the decline in motivation for learning Korean?

Lately, my motivation to study Korean has dropped significantly. I plan to start again when I return to Korea in the fall after being away during the summer vacation, but right now, I don't feel much like studying Korean. I've worked hard over the past year, and I'm worried that if I give up now, all my efforts will go to waste.
Currently, my Korean skills have reached level 4, but there have been many recent changes with the idol group I'm interested in, so I'm struggling with a lack of content for studying. Dramas are too dramatic for me, as I'm emotionally sensitive. I'm not sure if there are any interesting podcasts, and I'm barely maintaining my listening practice with occasional live broadcasts from my favorite idols.
I'm trying to watch anime in Japanese while reading Korean subtitles, but I'm worried that my interest in Korean is gradually decreasing. Because of my ADHD and poor memory, I have to focus differently than others to learn, and living in Korea seems to be culturally exhausting as well.
If you have any good methods or advice for continuing my Korean studies, please share. I really need it.
