Are international students in Korea mainly seeking cultural experiences, or are they focused on building a serious career?

I am curious about whether international students studying in Korea do so for simple cultural experiences or if they are seriously aiming to build a career and integrate into Korean society. What is the percentage of international students who actually get employed by Korean companies after graduating from university? Or is it more common for them to spend a few years receiving support from their parents while in university and then move to another country?
This question arose from my curiosity about the goals of international students living in areas like Gangnam or Hongdae in Seoul, and what paths they choose after graduation. I would like to hear about your actual experiences and opinions on whether there are efforts to integrate into Korean society while facing housing issues like key money or monthly rent, or if the main goal is just cultural experiences. Please share your thoughts and experiences.
