How should I prepare for TOPIK II Writing question 52?

Currently, the most difficult part of preparing for the TOPIK II exam is writing question 52. I am solving past exam questions with a private tutor, studying unfamiliar grammar and vocabulary. The problem is that I understand each part when reading the sentences, but connecting them into a fully understandable paragraph is challenging. I often miss necessary grammar points or vocabulary, which leads to not being able to solve the problem. Is there any advice that would be helpful in addition to simply memorizing words and grammar and solving past exam questions? I especially need important grammar points, strategies, sentence templates (e.g. 'because of such...') etc. My goal is to achieve at least level 4 and graduate. Please give me some advice!
