Pokémon Korea, Controversy Over Restrictions on Foreign Participation

When the Pokémon Korea announced the Pokémon Run event in collaboration with the RunDay app, it was stated that foreign residents could participate and that many coveted 'Magikarp promo cards' would be available. However, as the event started today, the rules have changed, and foreign residents are no longer allowed to participate. This change has disappointed many.
