Is it difficult for a foreigner to find a house in Gangnam, Seoul?

Hello! I am a 27-year-old man from the United States. I am currently considering moving to Gangnam, and I have seen a few times on the internet that foreigners are being refused entry into Seoul. I lived in Busan for about a year before, and also lived in Seoul for a few months, but personally I did not experience such issues. However, now that I plan to live there for a long time, if there are any problems with moving in due to race or nationality, I will hesitate to sign the contract. I am curious if foreigners can easily find a place to live in areas like Gangnam. If anyone has had a similar experience recently, I would appreciate your advice. Is this still a common occurrence, or is it a thing of the past?
