Is it possible to live in Korea as a foreigner for 1-2 years?

Hello! I came to Korea for a trip and loved it so much that I came back again. I am a 25-year-old working at a hospital in France, and my boyfriend also works at the same hospital. I am considering living in Korea for 1 to 2 years, but I'm not sure if it's realistically possible. I have a great love for Korea and would like to stay longer, but I heard that working at a hospital is difficult for foreigners. I also want to learn Korean, but there are no classes available in my current city. Is there a way for non-professionals like us to work and live in Korea? I am curious how other foreigners started their life in Korea, what visas or jobs they started with. I would be really grateful if you could share your experiences!
