Unique workplace culture in Korea and the resulting concerns, how can we resolve them?

Hello. I've been having a lot of concerns about my work life in Korea lately. I've been living in Korea for about six years, during which I've attended language school, graduate school, and worked at a startup. Currently, I'm staying on an F-2-7 visa, and I believe I can apply for an F5 visa in early 2027. When I first came to Korea, everything was new, and I met great people while adapting, so I managed without much difficulty. However, after starting my job, I realized that the workplace culture in Korea is quite different from what I had heard. While working at a startup has the advantage of experiencing various roles, there are also significant challenges I face as a foreigner. In my current company, I am the only foreign employee, and I often receive inappropriate jokes or personal questions. One supervisor, in particular, has called me inappropriately while drunk and has made unpleasant remarks at times. I'm struggling with how to handle these situations and whether leaving Korea would be the right decision. If there are others who have had similar experiences or can offer advice, I would greatly appreciate it.
