What should you know before working as an English instructor in Pyeongtaek?

I received a job offer as an English teacher in Pyeongtaek, but I can't find any information about the school's reputation or the experiences of other teachers. The principal seemed kind, but when I asked to connect with current or former teachers, I was given names, but they are only communicating via email. I need to leave next month, and I'm feeling a bit worried right now. I would like to know at least roughly what kind of work I will be doing.
