Should I focus more on Japanese fashion or Korean fashion?

I am a 22-year-old male from the Philippines, and I want to establish a streetwear or tropical clothing brand someday. I dream of succeeding in the fashion industry, but I am unsure whether to focus more on Japan or Korea. In the case of Japan, the unique fashion stemming from hot springs and various subcultures is appealing. I've heard that the fashion quality is high and customer service is excellent. However, networking is difficult, and visa issues and strict business regulations are obstacles. Korea is attractive in terms of trendy fashion and global expansion potential. Networking is relatively easy, and the excellent skincare products are an advantage. However, there may be biases against some Southeast Asians or the overly direct culture can be burdensome. I have learned a little Japanese, but I have not yet studied Korean. I have no experience visiting either country, but your experiences or advice would be very helpful. Which direction should I take?
