Is it effective to quickly increase your Korean vocabulary in 30 days?

I watched Tammy Korean's video on 'Learning 1600 Korean Words in 30 Days'. I'm curious to hear the community's opinions on how effective this method is. In the video, she explains a method of studying by dedicating 1 second each day to reading the TOPIK I word list. For the first 4 days, you focus on learning all the words with correct pronunciation, then for the next 14 days, you study Korean and English words for 1 second each. Following that, for the next 12 days, you cover the English words and see if you can immediately say the English meaning when looking at the Korean word. The final 4 days are for a final review through her video. Has anyone tried this method? Is it really effective? My Korean vocabulary is very limited at the moment, but this method seems like an appealing way to quickly expand it. If it's even 70% effective, I'd like to give it a try.
