I have a question about the attendance regulations in the contract.

Hello, I have a question regarding a contract I recently received. I brought it home over the weekend and read it, but there is one sentence that can be interpreted in different ways. The sentence is as follows: '(Name) must work on the days before and after if a holiday coincides with a working day.' At first glance, I didn't think much of it, but upon rereading, it seems it could be interpreted to mean that if there is a holiday during the work week, one would also have to work on the weekend. Do you have any experiences or advice related to this? I would especially like to hear from someone who has faced a similar situation in Gangnam or Hongdae. Thank you.
