How can a foreigner obtain a credit card in South Korea?

Hello. I am currently residing in Korea on an E2 visa as a British citizen. I have been in Korea for 3 years, and my visa is valid until December 2026. I am trying to get a credit card in Korea, but I have been continuously rejected for over a year. The reason for rejection is always just "not meeting requirements." I have tried both Hana Bank and Hyundai Card, but I have been rejected even for the basic card with an annual fee of 15,000 won. My credit score is over 750, and I have no debt. My annual salary is 33 million won. Could it be because my visa period is too short? I cannot extend my visa until the end of this year, and I am unsure if I need to wait until 2027. If anyone has had a similar experience or knows a solution, I would appreciate your advice.
