Please recommend some delicious global restaurants around Yonsei University!

Hello! I am a student attending Yonsei University. I have been living in Korea for about 3 months now, and while I really enjoy Korean food, I find myself missing a variety of other cuisines. Having grown up in Los Angeles and the Bay Area, where I enjoyed foods from various countries, I have started to miss the diversity of food in Korea. Could you recommend any Mexican, South American, Thai, Indian, or Italian restaurants near Yonsei University or in Seoul? It would be even better if there are places in areas like Itaewon, Hongdae, or Gangnam. Also, if you know of any Italian-style delis or Chinese restaurants that are not Korean-style, I would appreciate your recommendations. I'm also curious about places where I can have a hearty 'American' breakfast. It might seem a bit funny to be looking for non-Korean food in Korea, but I am looking forward to your suggestions!
