I'm curious about the cost of reserving an elevator when moving appliances or furniture in a Korean apartment!

Hello! I will be moving to Korea at the end of July, and I received information about the apartment provided by my company. The management office has informed me that using a moving truck is prohibited, so all appliances and furniture must be moved through the elevator. It is mandatory to reserve the elevator, and it costs 150,000 won for 4 hours.
In this situation, I have a few questions. First, if I later buy new furniture or appliances like a sofa, bed, washing machine, or refrigerator, do I have to reserve the elevator and pay 150,000 won each time? Second, do delivery companies for furniture or appliances usually handle these reservations and costs? Third, is this fee only applicable for large moves, or does it apply every time a large item is delivered? Finally, I am curious if such regulations are common in Korean apartments or if they vary from building to building.
I would like to hear advice or opinions from those who have had similar experiences living in Korea. Thank you!
