The difficulties of learning Hangul and advice, please.

Hello, I am a 21-year-old African studying Korean. I am struggling with language learning due to laziness and a lack of consistency. I can read, write, and translate Hangul's consonants and vowels, but I feel challenged because of my limited vocabulary. For example, I get confused with the pronunciation of words like '명' and end up pronouncing it as '메영'. Also, when I read webtoons, I often encounter strange words when I try to pronounce them literally. I can speak English, Spanish, Tagalog, and a little Korean, but my Korean vocabulary is still lacking. If you have any tips on how to learn Korean more effectively or advice on pronunciation, please share. Your experiences or advice would be very helpful. Thank you!
